Chez Francesca Sangiuliano

Chez Francesca Sangiuliano is an apartment located in the heart of Catania's historic centre, on the top floor of a historic Sicilian Baroque building. A bright and welcoming home, ideal for those who wish to experience the city at a relaxed pace.

The apartment has belonged to our family for many years, and we decided to open it to guests who want to discover Catania calmly and feel truly at home.

With over 90m², Chez Francesca is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Its warm and bright atmosphere makes it suitable for both short stays and longer visits.

The fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom with a large shower and the terrace help ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The terrace is our greatest pride: a small, private green space, perfect for relaxing, reading, having breakfast or simply taking a break after a long day exploring the city.

Thanks to its central location, the main attractions that Catania has to offer can be easily and safely reached on foot.

Chez Francesca is a home created to welcome guests, where everyone is free to experience Catania with simplicity and authenticity.
